Website: Visitors to our website will not be contacted unless they request it via e-mail or telephone. Our website uses cookies to track your shopping cart through our website and save you time. If you place an order with us, your personal address information is written in a cookie to your hard drive. The next time you visit us, you will not have to enter the information all over again. We customize certain content based upon your browser type and other information provided by the cookie. To make your visit faster and smoother, you may wish to set your browser to accept all cookies while you are on our website. If you choose to reject the cookie, you can still browse our store but will be unable to use the shopping cart to purchase merchandise. We do not use cookies to gather information about you for the purpose invading your privacy.

Customers: A/V Logix collects information from customers that place orders with us, but that information is limited to the information on our order form and data collected by Google Analytics. This information is collected through a secure server, kept confident, and is used for the purposes of customer support and fulfilling individual orders.

Email Solicitation: Customers who place orders on our site may receive email notices with important news about changes in our policies or products from time to time. We limit such notices to no more than few times per month. You may choose to opt-out and not receive such notices by contacting our Customer Service department by telephone at (856) 832.0245, or by emailing us here.

We will not rent or sell your email address to anyone.

Telephone Solicitation: A/V Logix does not practice telephone solicitation of our customers or website visitors. We will not call you unless we require your assistance in completing your order.

Catalog Mailings: Customers who place orders or request catalogs will be added to our mailing list and will receive Audio Advisor catalogs by mail from time to time. If you no longer wish to receive our catalogs, please contact Customer Service at (856) 832.0245 or email us here to cancel.

Rental of our Mailing Lists

Mailing List: We do not rent our sell our mailing lists to anyone. We only use them to help promote products, technological information and offer new products and sales incentives.

E-Mail List: A/V Logix does not rent our customer email lists. We reserve the use of your email address as our way of contacting you and will not share that with anyone.

Data Security
We guarantee that every transaction you make on our web site will be 100% safe. This means that you will pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping on A/V Logix’ web site ( can make this assurance because we’ve incorporated industry-standard SSL encryption technology that keeps all of your information, including credit card number, name, address, and phone number encrypted so that it cannot be read while traveling over the Internet.

Here’s how it works:
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot legally hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, A/V Logix will cover the liability, up to the full $50.00. A/V Logix will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at the A/V Logix web site ( and while using our Secure Order Server as indicated with the https:// designation and SSL certificate.

In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Satisfaction Guarantee
All products offered by A/V Logix are backed by our exclusive 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee. A/V Logix is an authorized dealer for all the products we sell.

If you are not satisfied with a product, we will gladly refund the purchase price of the product or exchange the item.* Please notify your sales representative here or our customer service department within 14 days of the receipt of the product to arrange for a return.

*Restrictions, Limitations & Exclusions:

  • The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping and insurance fees.
  • Software and music can only be exchanged for the same title.
  • Spent fluids and items with adhesive backings are non-refundable.
  • Any shipping cost A/V Logix incurs will be deducted from refunds of undeliverable or refused shipments.
  • Please see the Return Policy/Process below for more information on returning items.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee for all items.

Return Policy & Process
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order for our receiving department to accept them. Please contact us here to receive your RMA.

Process to return a product(s):

  1. You may only return products that have been purchased within the last 14 days.
  2. The product must be in like-new condition and packaged correctly with the original box, packaging, accessories and manuals. We cannot accept returns that are not in the original factory cartons. Incomplete or improperly packaged products may be subject to a restocking fee.
  3. You are responsible for shipping charges for return shipments.
  4. Call (856) 832.0245, to request an RMA number. All returns require an RMA number.
  5. Please print the RMA Number on the return shipping label affixed to the outside of the package(s). (See number 8, below.) Please do not write or mark on the factory cartons.
  6. Include a brief note inside the box explaining why the product is being returned, along with the billing name and address.
  7. For your protection, we strongly recommend shipping the package(s) via insured FedEx or UPS. Please retain your tracking number as A/V Logix is not responsible for lost or damaged items. If the package arrives damaged or distressed, we will refuse it. You will then need to file a claim with the carrier to recover the insured amount of your package(s).

  10. A/V Logix will process the return within 10 business days of receipt.
  11. Depending on the payment method, Audio Advisor will either refund the original purchasing credit card account number or issue you a refund check for the purchase price of your product.

Damaged & Defective Products
If you believe that you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact customer service within 48 hours at (856) 832.0245. If a product arrives defective or damaged, and cannot be fixed with replacement parts, A/V Logix will contact the carrier and arrange for pickup of the item. Please have the product repackaged with all the accessories.

We will not send out a replacement product until the original product has been received and verified defective or damaged. Please allow up to 10 business days from receipt at A/V Logix’ warehouse for processing.

Shipping Exclusions
A/V Logix ships products all over the world and while we have no standing exclusions, we reserve the right not to ship to a location.

Truck Freight
In the event that the product purchased exceeds the shipping limits of standard carriers, such as UPS, FEDEX or the US Postal Service, the product may be shipped via trucking service. If you are ordering via our website, truck freight costs will be listed on the product page. If you are ordering via phone, your sales person will notify you of this at the time of purchase.

If a product not designated on our website as qualifying for truck shipping turns out to require it, you will be notified of this fact during order processing fulfillment and be given the option to proceed with your order.

International Orders
A/V Logix will not ship products to countries outside of the United States

A/V Logix is not responsible for any fees associated with refused or unclaimed packages. Refused or unclaimed packages will not be refunded.
All of the products sold by A/V Logix carry a manufacturer’s USA warranty only.
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all the original documents, cables, remotes, etc. within 14 days of obtaining a return merchandise authorization to receive a full refund.
If the customer fails to return the item in the original condition or if any of the original documents, box, packing material, remote, hardware, etc. are missing this may delay the refund and the customer may be charged the cost of the missing item(s).

A/V Logix offers several weekly email newsletters. Subscriptions to these newsletters are strictly on an opt-in basis only. A/V Logix does not participate with companies offering unsolicited email offers (a.k.a. SPAM). A/V Logix will not rent or sell your email address to anyone.

Customers may choose not to receive such notices by following the steps included at the bottom of the email received or by contacting customer service*. While most unsubscribe requests will take place within the same business day, please allow up to two weeks for processing.

A/V Logix makes every effort to honor our customer’s requests. If for some reason a customer receives emails after opting-out, please contact our customer service department immediately to address the situation. A/V Logix will not rent or sell your email address to anyone.

Unsubscribe requests for emails received from third party web sites offering A/V Logix products must be handled with the third party web sites through which the order was placed.

Coupon codes can be redeemed on orders placed online, fax, mail or via phone unless specifically stated otherwise. Coupon codes must be given at time of order, verified by A/V Logix as valid, and funds reserved before the expiration date.

The coupon will clearly state the percentage, dollar amount, shipping, or other discount applicable. All coupons expire at 11:59 p.m. EST on the date of expiration stated in the offer. Refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the original coupon or discount applied. Coupons are not valid for previous orders and may not be combined or used in conjunction with any other coupons or special offers.

Only one coupon allowed, per customer, per order. A/V Logix coupons have no cash value. A/V Logix reserves the right to change, substitute, discontinue, or revoke any/all coupons at any time due to heavy demand, lack of product availability, possible fraud, promotional considerations or extenuating circumstances.

Billing Address Verification Systems
The Address Verification System (AVS) is a system used to verify the identity of the person claiming to own the credit card. The system will check the billing address of the credit card provided by the user with the address on file at the credit card company.

Please keep in mind there may be a delay in processing your order if the shipping address does not match the address on file with your credit card company. In some instances to prevent any fraudulent activity on your credit card, the card issuer will place a temporary hold on the item before it’s approved. This along with a declined status is also given to us. In this case it’s your responsibility to contact the credit card customer support number on the card itself to authorize the one time purchase for the total amount. We will not ship out any products until the funds have been authorized and cleared.

A/V Logix reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time as well as report any fraudulent activity to the proper authority.
